Enter The Void (2009)
I only watched about 20 minutes of this film last night before I fell asleep but it was so beautifully shot. The location was an apartment in Tokyo with a balcony, with the changing neon lights outside softly shining through the glass doors and illuminating the whole room. It was beautiful, looked so peaceful.
